From 25th May 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules came into force, and appy to the personal data given to us by applicants. When setting up an account, and in applying for an award, you will be asked to provide information about you, including your contact details, education and employment history. The activation of your account and submission of an application are considered to include your consent to our holding the information about you, for the purposes of adminstering the grants and fellowships schemes. We do not hold any information other than that which you give to us. As an account holder, you can see all the information we hold about you after logging in. Your data may be read by the Guarantors (our Trustees), secretary and the team that support our IT, but we do not pass on any information to third parties.
